I was unsure what to write about underneath he name and so the first thing that came to my head that related to grime, the streets and a female rapper was teenage pregnancy. Any ideas on how I change it?

CONTENTS

This is my completed contents page for my music magazine assignment. The genre I picked was grime simply because I feel I can relate to it more than majority of other genres and there aren't many grime magazines about. Contents so far...

In this lesson I have started my contents page. I chose this font for the words " contents  " as I feel it represents Grime which is what my magazine is, I also used this image because I feel like my models positioning also represents this genre.

Call sheets

I created two call sheets as I am planning to do two photo sessions with two different sets of people.  I'm going to fill the information that i haven't filled out already by hand because I'm not entirely sure about what to write their yet. Once I've finished filling it out, I'll take a picture of them and upload onto my blog

 This is my completed cover page. This is what I managed to do in the time I had, I would have liked to include more however due to time off, I didn't get to do that.
I have also now noticed that i didn't double check it as there are also spelling mistakes.

To this i would add more cover lines perhaps about activities that will soon be taking place in or with the college and a puff about something exclusive that has happened or will happen that doesn't happen daily. I would also include the issue number, a barcode and a price. I tried to keep a simple colour scheme of brown and black, if i had longer to complete the task would have include white to show a 3 colour scheme. i also noticed that the Headline is not positioned very well and will think about how to position it better in the future.

to this picture i would add the 3/4 cover lines to this, perhaps a puff to make this look like a professional magazine. the cover lines would be to do with rnb ince Rihannais an RnB artist

This magazine has a woman who a picture has been taken of at mid long shot. The woman as the main focus of the magazine is in the front of the headline to display her importance, she is also smiling which implies she is happy and since this is a school magazine it implies that she's happy about her education The cover lines include things that are likely to attract college members such as text about alcohol, smoking and sleeping.

what this school magazines all have in common is that they all have a smiling student on the front page.

I will be choosing Rap Music because it's probably my favourite genre as it's very relatable and where I am from, majority of the people either, like me, love and listen to rap music and/ or do rap music. Also my English Language coursework was based on the misogyny in Rap music and since I did it for two years I am pretty confident that I am an expert with Rap music.
